Why choose therapy
Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to pause, feel supported, and be truly heard without judgment. It creates room to gently explore and process what may be happening beneath the surface.
At times in life we can feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. Taking time to acknowledge and work through these experiences can be a powerful step towards feeling more like yourself again.
My unique approach
My work is integrative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I pay close attention to your emotional experience, nervous system, and the patterns in your thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs, always working at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
I draw on a blend of approaches including Counselling, EFT, Hypnotherapy and Belief Coding, allowing sessions to be shaped around you, your needs, and your goals.
Why I love to work this way
Through my experience, I’ve seen how stress, life transitions, and unprocessed experiences can shape how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others, often without us realising.
I believe in working with both mind and body to gently process what’s held beneath the surface, rather than simply managing symptoms. This work is collaborative, grounded in trust, safety, and deep listening.

Working with me
I offer one-to-one integrative therapy for adults, online, in person sessions are coming soon. Sessions are collaborative and gently paced, with a strong emphasis on consent, safety, and your lived experience. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, we can take the time to explore what you need together.
Meeting you where you are
My therapeutic approach is integrative, as I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. You are unique, and so I draw on a blend of therapies, to meet your individual needs and support your nervous system and emotional wellbeing where you are.
Together, we create a space of safety and trust where you can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, experiencing ongoing stress, or looking to reconnect with yourself, I will walk alongside you with compassion and professional guidance, supporting you towards a life that feels more aligned and at ease.
My journey
I’ve always felt drawn to supporting others, both personally and professionally. My early work with young and vulnerable children grounded me in care, patience, and the importance of emotional safety, values that continue to shape my work today.
Over time, my path evolved through training in coaching, EFT, hypnotherapy and other integrative approaches, alongside a growing interest in how stress and life transitions affect our wellbeing.
Today, I bring these strands together to support adults with a range of emotional challenges, with a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.
Books and writing
Alongside my therapy work, I am also a published contributor in two books that reflect the deeper threads running through my practice - lived experience, self-trust, and the emotional landscape of being a woman going through the transitions of perimenopause.
Wise Women Don’t Whisper is a collection of real stories from real women, sharing what it truly feels like to move through perimenopause and menopause, what helped, and what we wish we had known.
Together, these voices reframe this time of life as something more than a struggle to endure. They speak to it as an initiation, a threshold into deeper self-awareness, truth, and power.
A remembering of the wisdom we carry.
“Transformational, empowering and a must-read for every woman navigating menopause.”
Editor-in-Chief, Platinum Magazine
I contributed my poetry to The Feminine Arts, a book exploring manifestation, intuition, and intention through the lived experiences of women.
Rather than presenting these ideas as something abstract or mystical, this collection grounds them in real stories - from women who learned to trust themselves, follow their inner guidance, and move towards what they truly desired.
